Michael and Sandra, your guides through this experience, have been facilitating sound journeys for the past 14 years. Michael is a percussionist of 30 years and instrument crafter, making many of the unique instruments played. He believes that each instrument has its own sacred process, personality and spirit.
Combining his musical training and crafting together, his intention is to foster change through his dedication and practice.
Sandra has been a student of the healing arts for nearly 30 years. She is a Licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist and Massage Therapist. Her yearning for knowledge and desire to help others guides her own journey of self-exploration.
Sandra and Michael believe in empowering others to create positive change for themselves
As you relax into the soundscape, a practitioner (or team of healers) moves through the space offering hands-on or hands-off Reiki energy to each participant. This personalized combination of sound and Reiki fosters deep physical relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional ease.
The presence of the salt wall adds a subtle but powerful layer of purification, enhancing breath, skin, and overall energetic clarity throughout the session.
Each session is uniquely guided by the energy of the day. Depending on the moment, you may experience additional elements such as breathwork, soft chanting, or vocal toning, all intuitively woven into the healing journey.
We close with gentle grounding practices, allowing time to reawaken the body and mind. You’ll be given a few moments for quiet reflection, with space to share if you feel called.
The Resonant Hour is open to all—no experience with sound healing, Reiki, or meditation is necessary.
Come as you are, sip something nourishing from Oasis’s tea or kava bar, and let yourself be held in this space of warmth, resonance, and care.

Had my first dance session with Teresa, and it was amazing! She is a good teacher and such a warm and friendly person. The studio was comfortable and spacious. I plan to go check out some of their other classes in the future. The store is lovely and the items they sell are beautiful as well.

Couldn’t recommend this more, not only was the class phenomenal and interactive but I got to ask questions after! Then leaving having tea up front made this a nicely new addition to my Saturday routine!

I go at least once a week for various reasons! Zachari and his team are amazing and always have time to answer questions or show you around. I often go here to reset and relax and the environment is perfect for that!
