A Burnout Recovery Experience: Where Neuroscience Meets Intuition
In today's world, many people—especially caregivers, helping professionals, parents, and others—find themselves carrying extraordinary emotional, mental, and energetic loads. While wellness practices often address pieces of the puzzle, Sacred Pause is designed to help participants understand and experience the connection between nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, embodiment, intuition, and intentional healing.
This two-hour immersive experience blends:
• Trauma-informed nervous system education
• Guided breathwork and vagal regulation techniques
• Somatic movement and embodied release practices
• Mindfulness and grounding exercises
• Guided meditation and visualization
• Energy clearing and restoration practices
• Sacred reflection and release ceremony
• Practical tools participants can integrate into daily life
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of why stress becomes stored in the body, how to recognize their own patterns of overwhelm, and a collection of accessible practices to help them return to a state of calm, clarity, and connection.
The experience is designed to be both educational and transformational—grounded in neuroscience while honoring the wisdom of intuition, ritual, and personal meaning-making.
Write On - A Mindful Tea and Creative Writing Ritual - with Sandra
What you'll need to participate:
1. Empty space in your journal or notebook.
2. Your favorite pen.
Price includes your choice of 3 Magic Hour Gemstone infused teas; Aquamarine, Sapphire, & Amethyst (alternative options available)
We'll begin with tea and mingling, a guided visualization, silent writing time and then group sharing.
No pressure, just pen to paper. The goal is to write something from start to finish. Write without judgement. Write what you feel.
Resist distraction, sit curiously with pen and paper. Be inspired by your surroundings. Be bold enough to share a piece of yourself with us. Maybe something came up for you during the visualization, or you have something to say about the process of writing in this way. Was it challenging bringing your ideas together? Or did the words flow like honey? If you fell led to, share a piece of your writing from this evening. The point is not to be perfect but to be real.

I tried the matcha here and it was lovely. I can’t wait to go back and try other drinks. The young lady who served me was kind and very knowledgeable. Thanks to her I will be looking into future classes to explore the space even more. Who knew such a gem was hidden right here in Winston!

Needling and breathwork was an effective treatment that was professionally executed. The breathing lets go of things that needed to go and increases capacity for things that need to take place. Great way to start my week.

I live an hour away but I make it a point to stop in every chance I get! I love everything about this place, its so beautiful, everyone is so friendly, and the drinks are always amazing, I love that you can also buy the tea mixes to take home and make your own. My all time favorite is the banana nut muffin tea. This time I tried the Secret Garden and it was amazing and almost too pretty to drink!
